Rick Arvielo, self-taught entrepreneur with a passion for marketing, founded his third business, New American Funding in 2003. Rick's proven formula of marrying marketing and proprietary technology to grow businesses from the ground up has led to the continuing success of his latest endeavor. The company is now an approved Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller/Servicer, and has grown to include a Retail-Based Lending Division, a Builder Division, and a servicing portfolio of $63.6 Billion.

Patty Arvielo is a self-made entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She co-founded and leads the nation's largest Latina-owned mortgage company, New American Funding. Arvielo manages the company's operations and sales while overseeing 162 locations and approximately 3,800+ employees nationwide. She also oversaw the creation and expansion of the company's retail lending operation, which grew a small local operation to a national powerhouse with 168 locations and thousands of employees across the country that has delivered origination growth of as much as 50%-60% every year for the last nine years.
Calling on their decades of mortgage industry experience, our leadership team works every day to build upon New American Funding's position as one of the nation's top lenders. In addition to overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, our leaders help shape the company's strategic vision. Their expertise spans every area of the mortgage business and they use the full force of their knowledge to help all our team members reach their true potential.
